The Obergefell Decision is a Dead-End for America; Sweden's "Creative Destruction" ...more

Nigeria's Boko Haram crisis
...More than 200 people were killed in attacks blamed on Boko Haram last week.
On Sunday two bombings in Jos, Plateau state, left at least 44 people dead....

New documents show Justice Dept. linked to IRS scandal ...The evidence shows “that the Obama IRS scandal is also an Obama DOJ and FBI scandal,” noted Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The FBI and Justice Department worked with Lois Lerner and the IRS to concoct some reason to put President Obama’s opponents in jail before his re-election. And this abuse resulted in the FBI’s illegally obtaining confidential taxpayer information.”...

New Docs Reveal DOJ, IRS, and FBI Colluding to Prosecute Obama Opponents

The Obergefell Decision is a Dead-End for America ...The dead-end rule is alive and well. And I am convinced that it will also determine the fate of gay marriage in America.

The court has ruled. In a way that far transcends the authority given to it in the original intention of our founders, it has changed public policy on marriage. But it has not changed human nature, and there’s the rub. Those who have advocated for the legality of same-sex marriage can celebrate all they want. But their joy will be turned into tears, not because of any hatred or intolerance – both of which should be rejected – but simply by the dead-end rule. When you contradict nature, it ultimately rebels. As the old saying goes, God always forgives, people sometimes forgive, but nature never forgives.

This conviction, of course, only provides limited consolation, because in the process of running up against the brick wall we create for ourselves when we contradict nature, many people get hurt and will continue to get hurt. But there are three ways that we can minimize the damage and hasten the day when we again embrace in public policy the authentic good of marriage...

Historically Baptist University Removes ‘Homosexual Acts’ From Its Misconduct Policy  ...The latest change to the misconduct policy, though, was made on May 15 by the school’s board of regents, with a spokeswoman claiming that the language change came amid concerns that the policy in its previous form wasn’t properly reflecting the college’s “caring community,” the Huffington Post reported.

“These changes were made because we didn’t believe the language reflected Baylor’s caring community,” Baylor spokeswoman Lori Fogleman told the outlet, though she declined to say whether gay relationships still violated university codes. “We are pleased with the recent changes to the policy language and that it states more plainly the expectations of the university.”

In a separate email to the Waco Tribune, she added, “The university has a responsibility to articulate clearly and consistently Baylor’s commitment to its values as a Christian university.”...

The Left Wants To End the Separation of Church and State ...The push for gay marriage always included a significant portion of people who simply wanted fairness, as they saw it. But this fairness is not enough for the secular Left, which has become more honest about their ultimate goal: the eradication of religion’s place at the center of American public life. They will in the coming months and years seek to use the full power of the IRS to achieve this goal. Those who believe in civil liberty must stand against them, or risk an America where there are no churches and no charities but those the state deems fit to exist – exactly the America the Founders sought to prevent.

Sen. Tammy Baldwin: Individuals don’t have religious freedom, just churches   ...Baldwin responded that the First Amendment gave Americans no right to exercise religion outside the sanctuary of their church, synagogue, or mosque.

“Certainly the First Amendment says that in institutions of faith that there is absolute power to, you know, to observe deeply held religious beliefs. But I don’t think it extends far beyond that,” she said...

More Than 347,000 Convicted Criminal Immigrants At Large In U.S. ...In 2013 the Obama administration released 36,007 criminal immigrants who had nearly 88,000 convictions. Those convictions included 193 homicide convictions, 426 sexual assault convictions, 303 kidnapping convictions, and 1,075 aggravated assault convictions.

In January, the Department of Homeland Security revealed in a 38-page document to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) showing that of those criminals released in 2013, 1,000 had gone on to commit additional crimes including, terroristic threats, lewd acts with a minor, various types of assault, DUI, robbery, hit-and-run, gang activity, rape, and child cruelty.

“The Obama Administration claims that it is using ‘prosecutorial discretion’ to prioritize the removal of criminal aliens from this country. But this report shows the disturbing truth: 1,000 undocumented aliens previously convicted of crimes who the Administration released in 2013 have gone on to commit further crimes in our communities,” Grassley said in January...

Sweden's "Creative Destruction"
◾Some native Swedes feel that Sweden's immigration policy is a sociological version of creative destruction: "Out with the old, in with the new." Various ethnic and religious identities have been formed, but Swedish national identity is being lost. If this trend continues, in a few years Malmö will become a city where ethnic Swedes are in the minority.
◾Sweden has become a shattered society. Optimists say that some day a new common historical and cultural context, based on Swedish multiculturalism, will grow. But immigrant riots in Husby, and the jihadist elements growing in major Swedish cities, tell a different story.

Children’s Rights? Anyone? :o(
..."I don’t want to sound like a buzzkill but I don’t like it that my dad is an anonymous donor or that my mom is raising me by herself. Don’t get me wrong I’m grateful to be alive but I think my opinion on how my family should be should matter as much as it does for my mom. After all, I’m the one that parenting is all about. Father’s Day sucks, and my mom thinks its society when really it’s just her. I love her but yeesh. She talks about genders like they don’t matter when raising kids. If they don’t why does she wants me to spend so much time with her guy friends so I can have a father-figure? (JK as if her guy friends love me or relate to me as much as they love and relate with their actual children. Yeah right) Why she does she likes women when there’s no difference between men and women. Her views are not very consistent (duh lol)."

With their own words, Barack Obama, John Kerry and their team trying to make a nuclear deal with Iran have caved time and time again.

Andromeda Galaxy  (go to full screen)
This is just one galaxy, estimated to have one trillion stars!

How many galaxies are there in the universe?  ...So to estimate how many galaxies we could theoretically observe, we would want to know the number of dark matter halos in the observable universe, and the probability that any halo with a certain mass would form stars, explains Henry Ferguson (Space Telescope Science Institute). Currently, there is no consensus on these values, but estimating the galactic population with this method could result in a number much higher than 225 billion.

How great is our God as seen in His creation!
